Please read these terms before creating a Christmas Gift List account. By accepting them during registration, you agree to use the app in accordance with these terms.

The Christmas Gift List software, original interface, branding, layout, graphics created for the app, and original written content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Little List Studio gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Christmas Gift List for your personal, non-commercial gift planning.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, or create an unauthorised derivative of the app's protected software, branding, or original content. You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Retailer names, logos, trademarks, product names, product photographs, descriptions, prices and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Little List Studio does not claim copyright or trademark ownership over third-party retailer or product content.
Christmas Gift List may display product information when you choose to save or share a shopping link. The presence of a retailer or product in the app does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or ownership by Little List Studio.
Some clearly labelled Awin product links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, Little List Studio may earn commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status does not guarantee a product's suitability, price or availability, and the retailer remains responsible for the sale.
When the app independently verifies public retailer product facts, those facts may be retained in a shared product catalogue and reused for future gift recommendations. Private list content, recipient information and user-written notes are not published into that catalogue.
You remain responsible for information, notes and images that you choose to add to your lists. Please only upload or save content you are entitled to use.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its security or availability, use it to violate another person's rights, or use automated methods to access the service in a way that materially disrupts it.
These terms may be updated when the app, its ownership information or its legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will be changed when a revision is made.
